The partner program
Partners are members of the SMPHUB team who bring servers to SMPHUB and look after their stores. For this they receive a commission on the sales of those stores. Here is how it works.
Who can be a partner
Partners are invited, there is no public sign-up. The owner of SMPHUB adds an existing SMPHUB account to the team and gives it the right for the affiliate portal.
Which stores belong to a partner
When a partner approves an application in the admin panel, the new store is assigned to them. The owner of SMPHUB can assign or reassign stores at any time.
The commission
The commission is a share of the sales of each assigned store, counted from the day the store was assigned. The standard rate is 5 %; the owner of SMPHUB sets the rate for each partner.
Only paid orders count; refunded and disputed orders do not. SMPHUB pays the commission outside the portal.
For store owners nothing changes
The commission comes out of SMPHUB’s share. Store owners keep their 80 % of every sale, whether their store has a partner or not.
The affiliate portal
Partners sign in at affiliate.smphub.net with their normal SMPHUB account. The portal shows their stores, the sales of this month and of the last twelve months, their rate and the commission.
