Everything your server store can do

A store at your own address, packages with every rule you need, a design that fits your server and a panel that shows what you really earn. Here is all of it, one part at a time.

Your own store

Every store gets its own address like smphub.net/store/yourserver, made from your server’s name and changeable in the panel.

At the top you show your logo or a banner, below it your server address for players to copy, the live player count and your menu.

You choose one of six colourways (gold, redstone, emerald, diamond, amethyst, copper) or your own colour, and a background from the official Minecraft wallpapers, your own picture or a plain colour.

An announcement bar, a sale banner with a countdown, a monthly goal from real sales and the latest buyers make the store feel alive. Every one of them is optional.

Packages like Tebex

Ranks, cosmetics and supporter packages sit in categories and subcategories, in the order you drag them.

A package needs only a name and a price. Everything else is optional: a sale price, a price the buyer chooses with a minimum, limits per player or for everyone per day, week or month, packages a buyer must own first, a time window, gifting to another player, fields the buyer fills in (for example a colour), a suggested upgrade, an expiry after a number of days, and the commands for delivery, expiry and refunds.

New packages are visible at once. An eye in the list hides or shows a package with one click.

Pages of your own

With the page designer you write up to ten pages for your store: rules, events, how to join or anything else, with headings, text, info boxes, cards, pictures and buttons. You decide which pages appear in the store menu.

Your team appears on its own page, every member as a 3D figure of their Minecraft skin.

The store panel

The dashboard shows what is left to set up, today’s and this month’s sales and your share.

Orders lists every purchase with the player name, the packages and the fields the buyer filled in, so your team knows what to hand out.

Revenue shows your share after SMPHUB’s 20 %, month by month. Payouts connects your payout account at Stripe.

You change your profile, password, authenticator app and signed-in devices in your settings, and you can preview your store at any time before you publish it.

Delivery in game

Today your team hands out each purchase in game from the order list in the panel; every order shows the Java name or Bedrock gamertag the buyer entered.

The commands you save on a package are kept for a small SMPHUB server plugin that will run them automatically. The plugin is planned and not available yet.

You never share console, RCON or hosting passwords with us.

For your players

Players need no account. They pick their packages, enter their Java name or Bedrock gamertag (with your server’s prefix for Geyser and Floodgate) and pay through Stripe.

The seller is SMPHUB, so buyers get our terms of sale, a withdrawal notice for digital content and a contact for help, in English and German.

Checked by our team

Our team reads every application before a store is created. Stores sell only what the Minecraft EULA and Mojang’s usage guidelines allow: no gameplay advantages for money and nothing that looks like a Minecraft cape. Stores that break the rules are suspended.

Help when you need it

Questions about your store, payments or your account go to support.smphub.net as a ticket. The team answers there, and you see every answer in your account.
